Over the next decade, Carlos gained invaluable experience, mastering various construction disciplines and progressing to a leadership role within the company. Carlos’s son, Tullio Pereira, soon joined him, bringing both practical construction experience and strong financial acumen. While Tullio had been working alongside his father from an early age, he also pursued a degree in accounting from UMass Amherst to better understand the financial aspects of the business.
